Start: Esquelbecq (Rue de Wormhout)

Distance: Half Marathon – 21.1 km
Terrain: Mostly scenic Flemish country roads (90%), with some fun twists through private estates.
Villages crossed: 7+

The Adventure:

• Kick off in Esquelbecq, voted “Favorite Village of the French,” passing its gorgeous castle and the Thiriez Brewery — say hi to the locals!

• Wind your way through Wormhout and head toward the Château de la Briarde in West Cappel.

• Your grand finish at Saint Winoc Abbey in Bergues will be a picture-perfect moment — applause guaranteed!

Fuel & Fun Stops:

• 7 tasting points + 2 full refreshment stations — because running is better with a sip (or two 😉)

Time Cut-Offs:

• 13.2 km: 1:30 PM

• 21.1 km: 4:30 PM

Shuttle Service:

• Don’t worry about transport! A shuttle will take you from Bergues (CC Leclerc Quaedypre) straight to the start in Esquelbecq.
