The Marathon Bière Flandres Festival (MB2F) returns to Bergues, in northern France, on September 26–27, 2026, for its 3rd edition. A unique sporting and festive event in the heart of French Flanders, the MB2F features three races: Le Ballon – 13 km, Le Demi – 21.1 km half-marathon, and La Pinte – 42.2 km marathon.
The courses take runners through Bergues and the Flemish countryside, including Esquelbecq, Wormhout, West-Cappel and many other villages across French Flanders. Refreshment stations, local beer tastings, entertainment, fancy dress and Flemish heritage make each course a truly unique experience. The weekend also features the MB2F Beer Festival in Bergues, with breweries, live music, entertainment and food. The races will take place on Sunday, September 27, 2026: the half-marathon starts at 9:00 a.m. in Esquelbecq, the marathon at 10:00 a.m. in Bergues, and the 13 km race at 1:00 p.m. in Bergues.
